PA Training for Northern California

In June we went to a fantastic training day in Pleasanton. L to R in top picture: Marlene Fitt, President Joseph Anderson, Steve Demeteras (High Council Advisor), Adelle Barrette, and Ann Kerr.

We were so excited that Elder M. Russell Ballard of the Quorum of the Twelve would be there. At the last minute he was cancelled due to pressing meetings in Southern California concerning the proposed Amendment 8. Instead, Elder Neil Anderson of the Seventy Presidency came and was a delightful and motivational speaker. During the last hour of the meeting, he opened his time up to anyone who wanted to ask any question. Very informative!

Most of the morning was spent in workshops in various areas, followed by a delicious Mexican lunch.
